SAME DAY REGISTRATION NOT GUARANTEED. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR REGISTRATION/PAYMENT TO BE PROCESSED.
Playball will not take place on the following dates (planned school closures). There is no charge for these dates.
(2017): Sept. 25, Oct. 16, Nov. 20, Dec. 25, (2018): Jan. 1, Jan. 15, Feb. 19, Apr. 2
PAYMENT: Payment is accepted online only. Payment status must be current in order for your child to attend Playball. Coaches are not permitted to accept payments on-site.
REFUND (MISSED CLASS) POLICY: Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled Playball class or a weather-related make-up day, including if the child chooses not to attend.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel/re-enroll your child in Playball at any time without penalty and you will receive a full refund for any prepaid classes that have not yet occurred. Requests made to withdraw on the same day as a class will count toward cancellation the following week and the charge for the class that day will stand. Classes that have already occurred will not be refunded.
PLAYBALL ATTIRE: Proper clothing for Playball should be loose fitting athletic clothing and athletic shoes.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: In the case of inclement weather, whenever possible Playball will be held indoors. In the case of school closure due to weather we will either reschedule the class, add 15 minutes to two regularly scheduled classes, or add additional sessions at the end of the season.
