Planned school closures have not been factored into pricing.
General Playball reminders:
PRICE: $306 for the full fall season (Aug. 9-Dec. 13, 2018, excluding Thanksgiving week). Late registration is welcome and will be prorated.
PAYMENT: Online only through this website. Payment status must be current in order for your child to be able to attend Playball. Coaches are not allowed to accept payments on site.
REFUND (MISSED CLASS) POLICY: Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled Playball class or a weather-related make-up day, including if the child chooses not to attend.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your child's enrollment and receive a prorated refund for any prepaid classes that have not yet occurred. Classes that have already occurred will not be refunded. Requests to cancel must be made in writing, email is okay. Verbal requests to cancel will not be considered. Two weeks advance notice is required for all cancellations.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: In the case of inclement weather, whenever possible Playball will be held indoors. In the case of school closure due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule within two weeks. Other means of makeup sessions include adding 15 minutes to two regularly scheduled classes or adding additional sessions at the end of the season as needed. Because all lessons will be made up, no refunds will be issued for weather related cancellations.
PLAYBALL ATTIRE: Proper clothing for Playball should be loose fitting athletic clothing and athletic shoes.
